Rene Mayer worked as Sales and Marketing consultant in one our hotel properties in Bali from 2013 to 2017. Rarely do you come across someone who was diligent, dependable, adaptable and creative. Rene is just that person. He was hired during a difficult opening period of Regent Bali Hotel. During that time, he converted ten two-bedroom villas into a one-of-a-kind one-bedroom honeymoon villa with a spa treatment room insted of a second bedroom. Simultaneously, he was able to close an exclusive deal with a Korean Honeymoon market with an upfront payment for 2000 room night, which helped with casg flow and provided a new revenue stram from a segment that was not previously available.

His strengths include developing strong relationships and ensuring successful event. He was able to sign several resort buy-outs, including one with Lamborghini Indonesia for three nights. With several other deals, he was able to significantly increase occupancy and overall revenue, allowing the hotel to become financially stable.

He oversaw our transition from Regent Bali to Fairmont Sanur Beach Bali in 2014 and assembled an excellent team around him. He was able to restructure the hotel pricing strategy and launch new hotel initiatives to boost hotel's revenue significantly. Rene has a friendly demeanor. He is well-liked and respected by his peers and colleagues. No matter what endeavor, he wil always have my support. He would be an asset to any organization.
